This year all space is being offered to ALL VENDORS (over 18 yrs.) on the ball field at the Billy Barber Complex (Callander Community Center).  This is an annual family first event and we wish everyone to have a great “Country” weekend.


BOOTHS ON BALL FIELD for Vendors. [Type:  1) Artisans, 2) Food & 3) Food.]


  • (Type#1)  Approximately 10’ wide x 10’ deep    Crafters only  $100.00


  • (Type#2)  Approximately 10’ wide x 10’ deep    Outdoor Food Vendors  $200.00


Please note: A maximum of two (2) adjoining booths per vendor on ball field is accepted.


The vendor is responsible for any tables, chairs, and coverage from the weather that they may require for the day.  There will be no indoor arrangements made for vendors in case of foul weather – the contest goes as planned Sunshine OR Rain OR Snow!


Deadline for paid entries is JULY 1st, 2019.


Applications will be accepted on a First Come First Serve Basis and will be positioned on Ball Field in the same manner. No guarantees can be made as to location of vendor; however, we will do our best to accommodate any requests.  The decisions of the organizers are final, with no recourse.  You will be contacted about the booth locations in early July before your arrival to the contest.


Cheques are to be made payable to “Nipissing Country Music Association”

(NOTE:  Post-dated cheques will not be accepted – NSF Cheques will be charged $40.00)
